Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we accept custom and personalized orders.
Many of our personalized designs are labeled as such and contain the Personalization Input Box right on the listing. If you would like to personalize a product not listed as personalizable, message us for options.
If you would like to make an additional customization, message us for details.
Some customizations may require a custom order fee.
How do your apparel products fit?
Sizing details for each product are included in the listing of each item and as a sizing card in the listing images.
Generally, we choose apparel items that offer a more generous fit and soft fabrics that older adults prefer.
How do I care for these products?
Care instructions are included in each product description.
Generally, T-shirts and totes should be washed on cold inside out and air dryer or tumble on low.
Most of our mug products are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Sorry, we are unable to offer gift wrapping or gift messages at this time.
Wholesale availability
If you are ordering a larger quantity for a senior group, care facility, charity, etc. message us with the quantity and size distribution and we will respond quickly with a group price.
